Please make sure to read the following important information before registering and submitting your Visa application.
In view of the growing number of new COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, the Government has made a decision to impose temporary restrictions on the entry of foreigners and stateless persons to Ukraine.
The restrictions will apply onward from 00:00, August 28 until 00:00, September 28, 2020.
MFA hopes sincerely that these temporary quarantine measures are treated with understanding and strongly encourages everyone planning a trip to Ukraine to take this information into account.
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 28.07.2020 no. 295/2020 nationals of China are temporarily exempt from visa requirements for entering and staying in Ukraine for up to 30 days within 180 days where the purpose of travel is tourism.
Please note that on 14 November 2018 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine amended Ukraine’s Visa Rules
by its Decree no.954. According to the mentioned Decree starting from 01 January 2019 single entry 15-day tourist/business visas shall no longer be issued on arrival at Boryspil, Zhuliany (Kyiv) and Odesa international airports.
MFA’s advice to all VOA eligible countries’ nationals who intend to visit Ukraine on or after 01 January 2019 for tourism/business purpose is to consider applying for either an e-Visa
(please visit the MFA e-Visa webpage
for more details) or a relevant visa through Ukraine’s Embassies/Consulates abroad
